You know the difference between managing accounts and really owning them. You’ve spent years in B2B SaaS sales, you understand public sector buying cycles, and you’re comfortable with tenders and RFIs. What’s not to like?What will your day to day look like?You’ll be responsible for managing, retaining and growing recurring revenue across an assigned portfolio of existing customers. An average day may look like:Producing accurate forecasts for renewalsIdentifying up sell and cross sell opportunitiesDeveloping and managing account strategy plans to retain and grow revenueBuilding and nurturing trusted relationships with key stakeholdersConducting regular strategic business reviewsCollaborating with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Pre Sales teams to deliver proposalsAttending industry events, webinars and roundtablesObtaining feedback from customers to improve solutions and servicesSuccess in this role looks like achieving on your GRR targets.This role will suit you if you…Have 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS experience selling into local authoritiesHave experience managing and growing revenue from existing accounts in a SaaS businessHave built environment industry or digital transformation experienceUnderstand RFI/RFP/tender responsesKnow about public sector procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, YPOs, TTAS)Are confident in using CRM systemsCan manage pipeline forecasts and drive efficiencyAre degree level educatedThink this could be your next role?Then we’d love to hear from you!
