From viral restaurants like Urban Tandoor, to leading B2B brands, global banks, and huge beauty brands.As a TikTok-first agency, one day you’ll be analysing Shop performance or testing new formats, and the next you’ll be managing creators, building affiliate campaigns or helping launch a new product on TikTok Shop.What you’ll be doing:Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop activity for key clients - from store updates and product listings to content and affiliates.Support the development of full-funnel strategies connecting creators, content, Shop, ads and community.Help plan and support TikTok Live activity - from prepping hosts/creators to monitoring performance and pulling takeaways.Manage TikTok Shop operations including promo planning, reporting and affiliate coordination.Use TikTok data and insights to spot product opportunities, trends and new content angles.Work with creators and our influencer team to build campaigns that drive sales and awareness.Collaborate with internal creative and media teams to test content formats and improve performance.Build strong client relationships, sharing insights, reporting on performance and supporting strategic conversations.Contribute to new ideas, brainstorms and occasional new business discussions.Skills, experience and characteristicsA good understanding of TikTok Shop - how it works, how creators drive conversions, and how content influences purchase.Strong client-facing experience -confident leading calls, presenting insights, and managing relationships at a senior level.Experience in eCommerce or performance marketing, ideally across TikTok, Meta, or influencer-led commerce.Experience with beauty, skincare or lifestyle brands is a bonus, but not required.Agency or brand-side experience managing TikTok Shop or social commerce performance.Strong grasp of content that sells - understanding how creative, creators, and community drive conversions.Data-driven mindset - confident in reading analytics, identifying insights, and communicating performance clearly.Proven ability to build relationships with creators, clients and platform reps.Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure - able to juggle multiple campaigns while staying focused on results.Curious about TikTok culture - you know the difference between a product trend and a passing meme.
