You’ll work with colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience and build strong, long-lasting relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Sales (Approx. 70%)Respond to enquiries and follow up on generated leadsManage the full sales cycle from needs assessment to proposals, quotes, and closingAchieve revenue and volume targetsProactively identify new business opportunitiesBuild trusted relationships with clientsResearch and approach potential customersOperational (Approx. 10%)Prepare cost models to maximise profitMaintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce)Support training administration to ensure smooth service deliverySkills & RequirementsStrong ability to identify opportunities and drive growthExperience in lead generation, pitching, and closing dealsEffective negotiator and confident communicatorSkilled in presentations and client relationship-buildingHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasksFamiliarity with CRM systems and digital marketing toolsGood understanding of commercial metrics and business models ExperienceProven background in sales or business developmentTrack record of meeting or exceeding targetsComfortable working in a competitive, fast-paced environmentApply here to find out more.
