Join one of the UK’s most forward-thinking law firms, built on a foundation of innovation, collaboration, and ambition.What You’ll DoAs a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will:Develop a diverse and engaging caseload that includes commercial contractual disputes, shareholder and corporate disputes, matters for private equity-owned portfolio companies, and some exposure to media and reputation management work, with the aim of specialising as you progress.Advise clients of varying sizes and complexities while collaborating with in-house legal teams, representing clients in both claimant and defendant roles.Hone your client relationship-building skills from the outset, ensuring ample opportunities to get to know our clients well.If you’re enthusiastic about business development, they will actively support you in engaging in profile-building and networking activities from day one.What They're Looking For:They're seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:Experience in handling a variety of commercial litigation matters within a similar or larger-sized firm.
