Practice Accountancy Recruitment ConsultantFully Remote | Hybrid (South Yorkshire)We are seeking an experienced Practice Accountancy Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment agency. This is a full 360 recruitment role, offering some warm business and the opportunity to bill from day one while also developing and growing new client relationships.The RoleYou will manage a practice accountancy desk, with access to warm business and live jobs from the outset. Alongside delivering on existing requirements, you will be expected to grow the desk through new business development and long-term client partnerships.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycleDeveloping new business and winning new client relationshipsWorking warm accounts with active and repeat hiring needsSourcing, qualifying, and placing practice accountancy professionalsSpecing out candidates and presenting them to clientsManaging interview processes, offers, and placements end-to-endAbout You:Experience in practice accountancy recruitment is essentialProven ability to manage a 360 desk and generate new businessConfident communicator with strong client-facing skillsCommercially driven and motivated by commission and progressionAble to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environmentJob details:Fully remote availableHybrid working if based in South YorkshireBasic salary up to £40,000 (DOE)Strong Commission structureClear progression, ongoing training, and the chance to scale a high-performing desk
