Commercial Manager - Poole - Negotiable Salary + Car AllowanceA well-established construction business based in Poole is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join its team. The role is responsible for the commercial and financial management of construction projects, ensuring profit targets are achieved in line with forecasts while supporting the successful delivery of contracts. Regular travel to London is required as part of this position.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial management of allocated projectsBudgeting, cost control, and monthly financial reportingApplications for payment and final accountsValuation and agreement of variationsSubcontractor and supplier account managementSupporting project teams to achieve project KPIsAssisting with subcontract purchase orders and estimating reviewsBuilding strong internal and external relationshipsKey Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a Commercial Manager or similar roleStrong commercial and contractual knowledgeAdvanced Excel and strong numerical skillsExcellent communication and organisational skillsConstruction industry experience essentialNEC or steelwork experience advantageousHours & Benefits:40 Hours per week Monday to FridayCar AllowanceLife AssuranceInterestedWe’d love to hear from you!
