Interim Co Sec / Compliance Counsel (6 months | Day Rate)We’re looking for a commercially minded individual for a 6 month contract. This is a unique opportunity to support global governance across 200+ entities spanning Europe, the Middle East and the US as well as playing a key role in compliance.What you'll be doing:Supporting global entity governance, including maintaining corporate records and managing board/shareholder resolutions.Liaising with external company secretarial partners.Working closely with international stakeholders (France, Dubai, UK) across time zones.Leading or supporting KYC and onboarding processes - both manual and digital.Helping to standardise governance processes - think tone of voice, branding, and practical complianceWhat we’re looking for:Knowledge of corporate governance and entity managementComfort working across jurisdictions and juggling time zone coordinationA proactive, solution-driven mindset - and a keen eye for tone and cultural nuanceThis position is open to Co Sec professionals, Lawyers or Compliance professionals.
