Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and assisting patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues.Handling phone calls, enquiries, emails, and post.Supporting management by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating diaries.Liaising with IT support to set up new starters.Managing petty cash and office supplies.Keeping reception and waiting areas organised, professional, and welcoming.What Were Looking ForWere seeking someone who is:Professional, approachable, and discreet (confidentiality is key).Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Skilled in Microsoft Office and confident with IT systems.Calm under pressure, able to prioritise, and a natural problem solver.An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.Whats on OfferAt Schoen Clinic York, we value our people.
