Full-time, Permanent (MonFri, 40 hours/week) A leading FM service provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across five public sector sites in York. This is a key role ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical and electrical building services. Participation in the call-out rota is also required. ?? Key Responsibilities: Maintain and repair, pumps, plumbing, and other M&E plant Complete PPM, reactive, and emergency works using CAFM system (e.g. Maximo) Carry out Legionella control and water hygiene tasks Supervise subcontractors and operate within Permit to Work and H&S procedures Maintain up-to-date logs, documentation, and compliance reports Liaise with the client and helpdesk, providing updates and recommendations ??
