Job Description Senior Sales Account Manager (MPS & Solutions - North East)Salary: Competitive basic salary and comms packageHours: 37.5 per week, Monday to FridayLocation: York Territory of North East England (Substantial Account Base)About us:The ideal candidate will have experience of the MPS Industry and/or the associated solution-led software. They will require a good understanding of the sales process within the MPS marketplace, as well as excellent knowledge of our company and the products and service provided. The goal is to contribute toward sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.Excellent communication skills, confidence and a driven attitude are essential to carve out a successful career with Agilico.If you would like to join a forward thinking business which continues to grow both organically and through acquisition and have a desire to further your career in the MPS industry please get in touch.Key Responsibilities:Maintain, develop, and grow an existing client base by identifying requirements, whilst actively seeking other opportunities into our cross-sell propositions> Increase volume and profitability across the board.Actively target the largest potential customers within your territory (Major Market/Corporate/Public Sector), bringing to the table all relevant tender information.Identify potential new SME clients and business opportunitiesEnsure that the CRM is updated regularly with information relating to new and/or existing businessMeet performance targets set (KPI) by ensuring your client portfolio generates satisfactory returnsBe actively aware of all market and competitor activityEngage with client base regularly, assessing their business needsKeep up to date with new equipment and software ensuring a good understanding of the product suiteExperience:Proven experience in a similar role within the managed print space or providing solution-based products from a similar industry would be advantageousExcellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skillsExcellent communication skillsTime Management skillsTeam PlayerExperience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM an advantage, but not essentialDriving LicenseRequired Education and Other Qualifications:Excellent levels of spoken and written EnglishThe ability to communicate and interpret issuesExcellent attention to detailAgile Perks:Career path opportunities within c65m revenue-based organisationExtensive training and supportLatest and most relevant product portfolioBenefits:23 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 daysCompany car or car allowanceStakeholder pension schemeBenefits hubHealthcare cashplanEAP schemeCycle to work scheme
