Location: York, North Yorkshire, Yorkshire, UKA leading law firm in York is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer/Executive to join their busy office. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in freehold and leasehold transactions and will be capable of managing a caseload independently from start to finish, providing high-quality advice and service to clients.Role OverviewThe appointed Conveyancer/Executive will manage residential property sales and purchases, handling matters from initial client instructions through to completion. They will be responsible for preparing documentation, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties, and ensuring files are billed and monies collected in line with firm procedures.
