Job DescriptionEmployee Relations SpecialistHybrid working from - YorkSalary up to 48,00012 Month Fixed Term ContractElevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking company who are now looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join the team for a 12 month FTC.The role of Employee Relations Specialist will provide advice and guidance, supporting managers on people management case work and absence support.The ER Specialist will:Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into employee complaints, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.Advise managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and best practices related to performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee conduct.Monitor trends in employee relations and report insights to leadership, recommending proactive strategies for improvement.To be successful in this role you will:Have solid experience of Employee Relations with the ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of managersHave experience of early reconciliation with ACASDemonstrates a sound understanding of employment lawCIPD L5, or working towardsIf this sounds of interest, please apply today!
