What youll actually be doing Acting as the site expert for continuous improvement, coaching teams and building capability, not dependency Identifying where time, money and effort are being wasted and doing something about it Using data properly to prioritise improvements and track whats genuinely working Leading projects that directly impact labour, materials and overheads Creating a culture where people take ownership of safety, quality, service, cost and performance, not wait to be told In short: youll help the site move faster, think clearer and operate better. What were looking for Solid experience in continuous or process improvement Someone who can influence, challenge and bring people with them Proven experience leading cross-functional change Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word A self-starter who doesnt need a rulebook to add value An eye for detail and a low tolerance for inefficiency Experience in food manufacturing is preferred, but not essential.
