Job Description Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 4+ years PQE, York, Highly Competitive (DOE) A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm. JOB REF: 3135 Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career. You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial agreements and a full range of corporate transactions. You will take responsibility for your own caseload, taking the lead on some transactions and working with senior colleages on more complex transactions. You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment. You will also be encouraged to play an active role in business development initiatives.
