CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR

The Best Connection is looking for a Residential Property Legal Adviser with at least 5 years PQE to join our client's growing and dynamic team in York. Responsibilities Ensure Residential Property work aligns with firm policies and departmental standards. Provide high-quality, timely legal service and client communication. Manage own caseload and assist colleagues with advice and representation. Maintain professional standards and regulatory compliance (e.g. SRA). Record and develop professional competencies. Promote the firm internally and externally. Stay informed on law, funding, and compliance. Follow internal systems (case management, audits, due diligence, time recording). Meet billing targets and manage credit control. Maximise profitability and minimise waste. Collaborate effectively with staff and stakeholders. Support staff performance and development. Engage with community and promote the firm. Participate in meetings and share best practice.
