This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to take greater ownership of transactions, work closely with entrepreneurial clients, and grow within a collaborative and forward-thinking practice. About the Role You will manage a range of corporate matters from start to finish, working with clients across sectors including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and high-growth companies. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting corporate transactions includingshare and asset sales, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents such as SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, and ancillary documents Providing corporate governance advice and supporting on company law matters Collaborating with colleagues across tax, finance, and accountancy functions for integrated client service Playing an active role in client management and business development The Ideal Candidate Qualified solicitor with2+ years’ post-qualification experiencein corporate law Comfortable managing transactions with autonomy, ideally with experience acting forowner-managed or mid-market clients Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, commercial mindset Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude Desire to work in aregional firmwith strong client relationships and a national reach Why Apply?
