Job Description The CompanyOur client is an established and growing organisation undergoing a period of positive development and change. The company is expanding its operations and strengthening its internal infrastructure, creating a need for a capable HR Generalist who can work confidently across a broad remit within a small, handson People function.The OpportunityThis is a true generalist HR role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across both advisory and administrative responsibilities. Youll work closely with the People Manager, supporting all aspects of HR, including employee relations, HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and people development. Because the team is small, this role requires someone flexible, proactive, and willing to muck in wherever needed. This is initially a 6month fixedterm role with potential for an extension depending on business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide practical daytoday HR advice to managers and employeesManage ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability issuesSupport managers with policy interpretation and bestpractice guidanceAssist with performance management, including PIPs and documentationMaintain and update HRIS records, supporting managers on system useProvide general HR administration as part of a handson teamSupport full recruitment cycles across a range of rolesSupport managers in reviewing team structures and role designPromote management tools that help build highperforming teamsSummaryThis role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional seeking broad exposure across all areas of HR in a growing and evolving organisation.
