Learning Support Training Coordinator Hours:37 hours per week Salary: £32,040 to £35,179 per annum. Plus generous benefits including: ?45 days annual leave per year(including bank holidays and efficiency closures) ?Generous Occupational Pension Scheme About the Role As a Learning Support Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating group-wide training for staff on all aspects of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This includes sourcing and delivering training, and liaising with curriculum departments. You will develop strong and effective relationships with curriculum links and members of the Learning Support team to share and develop good practice, including the promotion of Quality First Teaching (QFT). Your responsibilities will include ensuring all staff are aware of their statutory responsibilities in line with current legislation and local policies and procedures. You will instigate, develop, and facilitate cross-college Additional Learning Support related work streams and projects, working with leaders and engaging staff and external stakeholders.
