We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Warehouse Team Leaderbased inMelmerby you’ll be responsible for: Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 12 colleagues maintaining clean and safe working conditions.Ensuring goods loaded and unloaded are dealt with safely, accurately, and efficiently along with managing all escalations.Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators and promoting a continuous improvement culture.This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 18:00pm – 02:00am.And here’s what we’d like you to have: Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, managing a team in a warehouse or logistic environment would be ideal.Experience in Manual Handling Equipment and working to KPIs/SLAs desirableExcellent communication skillsWe look forward to receiving your application! #ACHS50
