Field-Based Business Development Manager Logistics Solutions Location: UK (Field-Based) Salary: 40,000 + OTE (8% of annual salary, paid quarterly) + Benefits Drive growth for a leading UK logistics provider! This is a new business role for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in freight forwarding sales . Ideally, you'll bring an existing portfolio of customers and a proven ability to win new business. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities with UK-based companies. Promote our full-service offering: transportation, route planning, and customer support for European deliveries. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in automotive, e-commerce, and supply chain sectors. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in freight forwarding sales and business development. Ideally, an existing portfolio of customers to bring to the role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about exceeding goals. What We Offer: 40,000 base salary + OTE of 8% annual salary , paid quarterly.
