Clinical Administrator (Part-Time) Schoen Clinic York York | 22.5 hours per week (Friday Sunday) Are you highly organised, personable, and passionate about delivering first-class support? Schoen Clinic York is looking for a Administrator to be the welcoming face of our hospital and provide vital administrative support to patients, visitors, and colleagues. The Role As our Clinical Administrator, youll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome and professional service. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues. Handling phone calls, enquiries, emails, and post. Supporting management by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating diaries. Liaising with IT support to set up new starters. Managing petty cash and office supplies. Keeping reception and waiting areas organised, professional, and welcoming. What Were Looking For Were seeking someone who is: Professional, approachable, and discreet (confidentiality is key). Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Skilled in Microsoft Office and confident with IT systems. Calm under pressure, able to prioritise, and a natural problem solver.
