This opportunity is suited to a commercially focused Commercial Accountant who thrives on building strong relationships across the business. You will act as a finance partner to key business functions and stakeholders, providing meaningful insight that directly influences decision-making and drives performance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Provide clear, actionable performance reporting and commentary Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance Support and challenge stakeholders through robust financial modelling and analysis Develop and monitor KPI frameworks to drive accountability and performance Contribute to business cases, investment appraisals, and continuous improvement initiatives About You: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or newly qualified Proven experience in a Commercial Accountant, Finance Business Partner, or FP&A role Strong partnering skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders Commercially astute with a proactive and analytical mindset Confident communicator, able to translate complex financial data into clear insights Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team For further information, please contact Emma Dugdale or Lucy Regan at Campbell Grove Talent.
