Part-Time Head of Finance York 65,000 - 75,000 Collaborative and supportive working environment. Excellent benefits package. Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, this is a pivotal role where you will have responsibility for financial management, planning and strategic support across the business. Youll take the lead on providing clear financial insight and guidance to help improve performance and support the companys growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, providing analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions. Maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice. Oversee external reporting, statutory accounts and all regulatory requirements. Review KPIs, monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with non-finance teams to enhance commercial understanding and decision making. Manage and develop the finance team Support the SLT in shaping financial strategy and long-term growth plans Ad hoc project work About You Ideally fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Proven experience in a senior finance role, with experience of managing a team Strong technical background. Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels. Organised, analytical and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
