Inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key values across all levels of the business.The Engineering team is responsible for:Defining manufacturing processes and equipment requirementsReviewing methods of manufacture, fabrication, and assembly of electrical and photonic systemsSupporting daily production activities to ensure smooth workflowDelivering consistently high-quality products in compliance with EN9100:2016 (AS9100), legal requirements, and customer contractual obligationsAs a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:Work closely with stakeholders to support the design and planning of electrical harness and sub-system manufacturingLead engineering activities across design, development, implementation, testing, and monitoring of electrical machinery, installations, and product offeringsDefine methods of manufacture, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production routes for new and existing productsAnalyse existing electrical systems and implement cost-effective improvements to products and testing methodsKey Responsibilities:Ensure new electrical products are fit for purpose, manufacturing-ready, and compliant with all required quality standardsSupport the Sales team with technical input and solutions for new enquiriesEnsure work instructions, BOMs, routes, tools, drawings, risk assessments, and facilities are implemented on time and within cost targetsKeep projects aligned with their original scope and objectivesProvide concise, data-driven xjdpvnf reports to the Engineering Team LeaderMentor and support junior engineersSkills & RequirementsRelevant electrical engineering qualifications with extensive practical experienceAbility to manage a high workload and prioritise effectivelyTechnical expertise within defined product areasDesirable ExperienceExperience producing engineering drawings or electrical models using recognised CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Proteus, KiCad)New product introduction and project management experienceProduction and process control planning, including data collectionExperience working to aerospace and/or defence quality standardsKnowledge of optical or photonic systems, including fibre optics
