HR Advisor (Permanent) Based in Yeovil | 4 days on site with 1 day WFH, with travel to multiple sites Full-time | Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 DOEAre you a confident, people-focused HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? Some travel to our other UK sites will be required, so a driving licence and access to transport is essential.What you’ll be doing: As a key member of the HR team, you will provide practical, timely and professional HR support across the business. Responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues Coaching and advising line managers on HR policies and best practice Supporting workforce planning, restructures and change management projects Contributing to HR policy development and continuous improvement of HR processesWhat we’re looking for: Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or generalist HR role Strong knowledge and application of UK employment law and employee relations Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels Willingness to travel to sites as required (with expenses covered)What's on offer: Salary of£33,000–£35,000 , depending on experience 1 day WFH per week Ongoing professional development and support A collaborative and supportive team cultureReady to join a people-first organisation where your HR skills will make a real impact?
