Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bids & Proposals Manager to join a major international aerospace and helicopter organisation, supporting high-value domestic and international campaigns. This is aTemporary contract until October 2026 with the possibility of extension. This role sits within a busy International Campaigns environment and offers the chance to work on complex, business-critical bids while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the UK, Europe, and the US.The Role Reporting to the Senior Bids & Proposals Manager, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end preparation and submission of complex bids and proposals, ensuring they are:Customer-focusedTechnically compliantCommercially competitiveDelivered on timeWorking closely with Campaign Managers, you will help shape winning bid strategies by understanding customer operational needs, defining win themes, and aligning pricing strategies.
