Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an R&O Administrator to work on the behalf of one of our reputable Aerospace clients based in Yeovil, Somerset. MAIN ACTIVITIES: Compiling Repair & Overhaul Documentation packs Compiling New manufactured product Documentation To prepare component Log Cards for New Build and Repair & Overhaul units in a timely and efficient manner. To prepare component Manufacturing Inspection Reports for New Build deliveries. To prepare component Equipment Condition Labels for Repair & Overhaul units in a timely and efficient manner. To be responsible for the filing, retrieval and printing of records from microfiche and SAP Document Management System. To sort and prepare records to be archived in SAP Document Management System. Load, update and validate the status of component serial numbers into the company serialisation and tracking system. Key Skills Proficient use of Excel, SAP (desirable) Attention to detail Proactive and organised Shift on weekly rotation Shift 1 0600 to 1400 hrs Monday to Thursday inclusive 0600 to 1200 hrs Friday Shift 2 1400 to 2200 hrs Monday to Thursday inclusive 1200 to 1800 hrs Friday Site based 12 month contract initially If you have the required experience for this position, please apply today or contact Lisa Nardiello on 01935 713323 for further information.
