Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Site Manager to joinour Regional Build team on a large education project in Great Yarmouth.nnLocation: Great Yarmouth, SuffolknHours: Full Time, PermanentnnWhat will you be responsible for?nAs a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within theSite Team, you will be responsible for supporting to deliver a large 50m+ education project in Great Yarmouth. This Senior Site Manager will be responsible for managing the faade and envelope.nYour day to day will include:nnUnder the direction of the project manager, manage and direct sub contractor partners to deliver work packagesnCheck work carried out by sub-contractors to assess delivery in line with programme, design drawings and quality standards.nReview Risk Assessments and Method Statements from sub contractors to ensure working methods outlined are safe and appropriate.nCarry out toolbox talks and site inductions to ensure full compliance with Kier standards.nCo-ordinate site logistics, movement of plant & labour too, from and around site ensuringsafety is maintained in doing so.nnnWhat are we looking for?nThis role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if you have:nnExperience in a similar positionnRelevant ConstructionQualification (HND/ Degree / SVQ) or Technical TradenSMSTS 5 Day CertnCSCS CardnFirst AidnnWe're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
