Our Wymondham-based site boasts cutting-edge capabilities in printing, mailing, warehousing, and electronic data capture. We support a wide range of customer requirements with our outbound mail and inbound postal solutions.The site is home to key operational and support functions including Production Services, Finance, and IT, all working together to deliver high-quality service and innovation to our clients.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Change Management Team Leader to join our high-performing Production Support function.This is a pivotal role responsible for leading a team of Change Coordinators, overseeing workload distribution, ensuring team performance, and supporting continuous improvement. You'll be the first point of escalation, both internally and externally, and play a key role in managing standards, process documentation, and team training.This role offers an exciting blend of leadership, operational oversight, and client interaction ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperationsSet and uphold high team standards, ensuring compliance and consistencyMaintain thorough knowledge of change processes and production workflowsManage SLA adherence, job scheduling, and database ownershipDeliver continuous improvement initiatives and support internal software evolutionSupport wider planning and scheduling efforts when neededEnsure quality and performance measurement against KPIsClient FocusFirst point of escalation for client issues (internal and external)Maintain the highest standards of output quality and data accuracyAttend review meetings and support new client onboardingKeep clients and Account Managers informed on solutions, technical data, and mailing impactsPeople LeadershipManage and develop a team of up to 5 CoordinatorsConduct regular 1:1s, appraisals, and training sessionsMonitor and manage team attendance and flexibility to ensure cover at all timesPromote a culture of accountability, development, and high performanceFinanceEnsure accurate and timely Management Information for audit and billingSupport the identification of revenue opportunities through process improvementsWhat Were Looking ForProven team leadership capabilityLogical and methodical approach to problem-solvingAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesExcellent stakeholder engagement Confident with Microsoft Excel and general IT systemsExperience in people management and coordinating team workloadsParagon is an equal-opportunity employer, and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds.
