Job Description Dispute Resolution SolicitorWrexham | Hybrid WorkingSalary up to 50,000 DOEI am working with a Legal 500 recognised, multi-disciplinary law firm seeking to appoint a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its established team based in Wrexham.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive disputes team with a strong pipeline of varied and high-quality work, offering genuine scope for development and progression.The OpportunityYou will handle a broad and varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, working closely with experienced Partners based in the Wrexham office.The work includes:Property disputes, including landlord and tenant mattersContract disputes, negligence, nuisance and breach of contractProfessional negligence claimsContentious probate and inheritance disputesCompany and shareholder disputesConsumer and commercial disputesRegulatory and business-related issuesTrespass to the person and wrongful interference with goodsDefamation mattersYou will manage your own files with appropriate support, with the opportunity to develop a specialist area depending on your interests and experience.About YouYou will demonstrate:Solid grounding in civil litigation and dispute resolutionAbility to manage a varied caseload independently where appropriateStrong communication and client care skillsA collaborative and team-focused approachGood IT skills and file management capabilityAn interest in networking and business developmentThe FirmYou will be joining a well-regarded, full-service law firm with a strong regional presence and a reputation for quality work and client service.
