Overview: Our Market Leading Client is seeking an Onboarding Account Manager to support existing clients and contribute to business growth. The organisation delivers multi-channel customer interactions, including voice, live chat and digital solutions, to businesses across a range of sectors. This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, sales support and solution design, with a strong focus on demonstrating value through technology-enabled customer experience solutions using AI. The role: The Onboarding Account Manager will work closely with Sales, Account Management and Technical Teams to ensure clients maximise the value of existing services while supporting the acquisition of new business. The role involves engaging with clients who may be reviewing their service arrangements and advising on how AI-enabled solutions can complement human support models. Acting as a customer experience consultant, the successful candidate will scope requirements, map customer journeys and help design AI-driven solutions. They will confidently present and demonstrate technology capabilities to clients, partners and prospects, supporting both retention and growth initiatives. Key responsibilities: Contribute to go-to-market strategies to support adoption across new and existing clients Support Sales teams on live opportunities, including client meetings, demonstrations and events Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and webinars to educate clients on AI and automation capabilities Enable internal stakeholders to position and propose AI solutions within existing accounts Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop sales materials, case studies and industry-specific value propositions Provide consultative guidance on implementation approaches and change management considerations Capture structured client feedback and share insights with product and development teams Work with technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements Scope client needs and design effective end-to-end customer journeys Identify and engage prospective clients, demonstrating how AI voice and digital solutions can enhance customer service operations Test, refine and optimise live AI solutions to guide the Client through their onboarding journey Provide early-stage performance reporting and recommendations to clients Candidate profile: Proven experience building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently with attention to detail and pace Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends Interest in AI, automation and the future of customer experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence presenting to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders Strong discovery and consultative selling skills Comfortable representing the organisation professionally at meetings and industry events TPBN1_UKTJ
