Duties and Experience: Private Client Solicitor Wills, Trust and Probate Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate planning documents. Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters with efficiency and professionalism. Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management strategies. Negotiating terms and agreements with clients and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes. Providing clear legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ongoing business. Must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, or qualified by extensive proven experience.
