This is a full-time, maternity cover position located in Brighton & Worthing. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The salary is OTE 25,000 - 29,000 subject to passed probation.Let's talk about the role. It involves:Conduct routine property inspectionsProducing and sending property reports to landlords / property managersReporting maintenance issuesAnswering inspection phone line / assisting with overflow phone callsGetting keys ready for the next dayAdhoc admin tasks when requiredAssisting management with additional tasks when requiredWe're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!We're looking individuals with qualities such as:Prior experience in property management is preferable but not essential.Positive and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.Computer literate and comfortable using a suite of software used to carry out and manage daily responsibilities.Great attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills.At Michael Jones we believe in taking care of our people.
