Our partner is also an accredited member of the British Dental Trade Association (BDIA), reinforcing their commitment to quality and reliability.Role Overview:This growing B2B dental supplier is part of a wider dental group and has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability across the UK. With a collaborative culture where every voice matters, this is an exciting opportunity to support continued growth.You'll join a small, close-knit team, playing a key role in managing inbound leads, developing customer relationships, and processing orders to support ongoing sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally and efficientlyFollow up on warm inbound leads (no cold calling involved)Process customer orders accurately and in a timely mannerSupport account management activities and contribute to revenue growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with returning customersAct as a trusted point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutionsDeliver excellent customer serviceManage inbound leads generated primarily through Google Ads and marketing campaignsEnsure all customer interactions and leads are tracked and followed up effectivelyConfidently discuss and promote a wide range of dental productsSupport customers with product information, availability, and recommendationsContribute ideas and feedback to help improve systems, processes, and customer experienceBe adaptable and willing to support the wider team as the business growsPerson Specification:Experience in internal sales, inside sales, telesales, or customer service, ideally within the dental industry or a dental supplier.Alternatively, experience as a trainee dental nurse or dental nurse looking to move into a commercial roleStrong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone mannerCustomer-focused mindset with empathy and the ability to build long-term relationshipsComfortable handling multiple enquiries via phone and emailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a small teamPackage:Opportunity to join a growing where your contribution will have a real impactA supportive, close-knit team enviromentJBRP1_UKTJ
