Our software is beautifully designed, easy to use and backed by our parent Lofty Inc a leading US SaaS Real-estate CRM provider serving more than 80,000 agents in North America.Were hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Representative with a true hunter mindset to join LoftyWorks. In this role, youll be responsible for selling Loftys suite of products into the US market, helping Real Estate Agents modernise and streamline how they manage their businesses.Based in the UK, youll focus exclusively on US-based customers, playing a key role in our growth. Youll operate in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment where youre expected to take ownership and deliver results.This is a full-cycle role where youll own the entire sales process from first touch through to close.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closeBuild and manage a strong pipeline focused solely on US-based prospectsDrive outbound activity across phone and email to engage decision-makersRun tailored, value-led demos aligned to customer challenges and goalsAdapt messaging, tone, and approach to resonate with US buyersUse data and insights to prioritise high-value accountsMaintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in our CRMPartner with marketing to improve lead quality and conversionShare consistent feedback on market trends and customer needsHit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsWorking HoursThis role is aligned to US time zones, with an initial focus on the East CoastTypical working hours: 1:00pm 9:30pm UK time2 days per week in the officeRequirements2+ years SaaS sales experience in a closing or full-cycle roleProven track record of hitting or exceeding targetsConfident running demos and handling objectionsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage US-based buyersExperience using CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo or similar)Strong understanding of SaaS sales processesSelf-motivated, disciplined, and data-drivenComfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsNice to HaveExperience selling into the US marketPropTech experience
