Production Manager – Industrial ManufacturingWorthing | £45,000 – £50,000 | PermanentOur client, a well-established and growing industrial manufacturing business based in Worthing, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement within their production facility.The Role:Manage all production activities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operatives and supervisors to achieve KPIs.Oversee scheduling, workflow management, and resource planning to meet customer demand.Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor to improve productivity and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with H&S policies and foster a safety-first culture.Work closely with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to minimise downtime and ensure seamless operations.What We’re Looking For:Previous experience as a Production Manager or similar within an industrial manufacturing environment.Strong people management and leadership skills, able to get the best out of your team.Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.What’s On Offer:Competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000 per annum.Opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing business with clear plans for investment and improvement.Autonomy to shape your department and implement positive changes.
