Main DutiesEnsure accurate P&L reportingMonitoring spend against client budget & glide path targetsRaising and gaining approval for chargeable worksLiaise with Operation Team regarding the status of purchase orders, projects, and quotes to ensure timely and accurate allocation of costsCompletion of log for project, Ad Hoc, core & PxV worksRaising, Goods Receipting & accurate allocation of orders in SAP / CoupaRe consolidate Technical, Scientific & Soft Services accounts and ensure all month end documentation is returned to the central finance team on timeTo take notes at disciplinary, grievance and investigation meetingsTo attend and actively participate in comm cells, governance, meetings, and training courses as required relevant to your roleTo manage all near miss & observation uploads into EcoOnline, report accordingly to site lead & the onsite clientTake calls from customers in relation to reactive jobs and general enquiries and log onto Maximo ensuring correct and sufficient information is obtained from the customer to allow the jobs to be completed in a timely mannerMinimise the number of duplicate jobs raised through regular reviews of open ticketsProactively chase and close jobs in line with the SLAs using daily reports and the Mozaic reporting platformHave a good understanding of the site operations and site locationsEnsure the delivery of the services within the Mitie team, ensuring customer requirements are met and their needs anticipated at all timesTo undertake any reasonable additional request by the Site Lead to ensure that the overall service standard is maintained. What we are looking forExperience of working in a Helpdesk environmentPrevious Finance experience - Experience in SAP / Coupa highly desirableAbility to challenge and influence in order to achieve best practiceMethodical and process driven with excellent attention to detailPossesses an intermediate knowledge level of all Microsoft office packages. Fully competent in the use of PCs and other types of technologyHas developed excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills to support them in their roleCan effectively plan and manage own workloads, however, understands when to ask for support when neededA team player with the ability to lead by example through operation excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact at all levelsRepresents Mitie and the client always in a professional, courteous, and confident manner
