This isn't a trainee role, it's for someone who knows the print process inside out and is ready to take ownership of quality, efficiency, and innovation.What You'll Be DoingThis is a hands-on role where you'll spend time on the shop floor, working closely with operators and even joining shifts to fully immerse yourself in the process. Your responsibilities will include:Investigating and resolving print defects to maintain world-class standardsCollaborating with customers on print-related queries and technical supportSupporting the print team across all stages: big press operations, make-ready, production efficiency, and quality controlManaging colour processes, including fixed colour systems and process colour setsDriving improvements in efficiency and quality standards across the siteYou'll work with major global brands, so experience in flexographic printing and colour management is highly desirable.What We're Looking ForStrong background in print processes (flexographic preferred)Experience in colour management and quality controlPrevious experience in packaging, rigid plastics, corrugated board, or board printing is a plusAbility to work closely with operators and customersA proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvementJBRP1_UKTJ
