Job Description Export Sales Coordinator - Worcestershire, UK A leading health & wellness brand is seeking a highly organised Export Sales Coordinator to support its growing international operations. This is an onsite key role focused on export customer onboarding, order management, and regulatory compliance, working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesExport OperationsManage onboarding of international customers, ensuring full complianceProcess export orders accurately from receipt to dispatchAct as a key contact for global customers, resolving queries efficientlyAccount SupportSupport key accounts with precise order processing and coordinationMaintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery timelines are metRegulatory & DocumentationManage export documentation (e.g. Certificates of Analysis)Ensure compliance with country-specific regulationsLiaise with Technical teams to maintain up-to-date recordsWhite-Label CoordinationOversee white-label orders from request to fulfilmentCollaborate with Operations/Production to meet specs and deadlinesCross-Functional WorkingPartner with Sales, Ops, and Technical teams to ensure smooth workflowsIdentify and support process improvementsMaintain high data accuracy across systemsAbout YouExperience in export coordination or similar roleBackground in a regulated industry (food, supplements, pharma, etc.)Strong knowledge of export processes, documentation, and complianceSkills RequiredHighly detail-oriented and process-drivenStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementProactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple workflowsNice to HaveWhite-label/manufacturing experienceKnowledge of international supplement regulationsExperience with ERP/order management systems Rewards & Benefits35-40K pa depending on experienceCompany bonusOption to buy and sell holidayGym membershipFlexi timeCycle to work schemeLots more!This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organisation that has a bigger life purpose while maintaining a good work/life balance.
