Job Description A fastgrowing UK drinks business with a strong premium and challengerbrand focusHave recently moved into a brand new production and office facility due to expansionOperates a multibrand portfolio with a unique business model which has helped them grow significantly over recent yearsInvests in brand building, commercial growth and longterm customer partnershipsProvides a longterm growth plan with clear ambitions to expand their distribution, with this Head of Sales crucial to making this happenThe role: As Head of Sales for ThirdParty Bottling, you will lead the development and growth of the businesss external bottling and brand partnershipsWin, manage and develop longterm commercial partnerships with external drinks brandsOwn commercial negotiations, contracts and ongoing partner relationshipsAct as the senior commercial interface between partner brands and internal production/operations teamsEntrepreneurial and consultative in approach, offering solutions that translate into sustainable commercial wins.Ideal candidate: Senior commercial leader with experience in drinks, FMCG, bottling, drink manufacturing or operationsStrong track record in managing complex, longterm B2B partnerships or contractsTechnically credible, with a good understanding of distilling, production or bottling processesComfortable engaging with founders, owners and senior stakeholdersCommercially driven, relationshipled and confident operating in a scaleup environmentBenefits & details: Up to 60kBonus + Package50% hybrid working in WorcestershirePlease send your CV using the form on this page, quoting reference 17/17664/7.
