Your role will involve making outbound B2B calls, directly connecting with business owners. Your knack for building relationships and fostering rapport will shine as you discuss & promote our Capital Allowance Services.Key Responsibilities:Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clientsArranging appointments for BDMs once a Business Owner expresses interest in taking the conversation furtherIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Working from our comprehensive CRM systemDeliver exceptional service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable client experienceIdeal candidate:Graduated within the last couple of yearsPrior Sales experience ideal but full training will be givenAble to build and develop excellent relationships with ClientsYou will be a be a strong closer knowing how to spot buying signsSelf-motivated, professional and a team playerLots of energy, an enthusiastic approach and the desire to be the best!What we offer:Competitive Salary and Bonus Structure. 25K - 30K Basic, realistic OTE 42k, uncapped commission structure!Mon Fri 9-5pm, no weekends!Collaborative and fun working environmentDaily, weekly & monthly incentivesTeam nights Huge Xmas party, Summer polo events, meals/ lunches and events with the team.
