CONVEYANCING TEAM LEADER - Remote RoleSalary: £50k DOE + bonus Location: England and Wales We’re working with a forward-thinking and fast-growing conveyancing firm that’s expanding organically due to significant client demand. As part of this growth, they're looking for an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader to join their dynamic team.In this role, you'll take on a leadership position with a strong focus on mentoring and developing your team. You’ll be proactive, hands-on, and ready to support where needed, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and quality service.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and support a team of remote conveyancersManage a minimal caseload, allowing you to focus on team development and performanceMaintain high standards of client care and complianceProvide training and guidance to ensure ongoing team successWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 5 years’ experience in conveyancing with exposure to a broad range of filesProven experience in leading and managing remote teamsStrong communication and time management skillsA proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support team members at all levelsLocation:This is a fully remote, work-from-home role.
