Responsibilities: Running projects across education, healthcare, residential, and commercial sectors Leading contract admin and spec design work Collaborating with the wider team Lead and manage a variety of professional and project-based services Conduct surveys, inspections, and produce detailed technical reports Provide expert advice on design, construction, maintenance, and repair Manage project teams and client relationships from inception to completion Support junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives Requirements: Degree qualified in Building Surveying. 4+ years’ experience in building surveying (experience with both professional and project services)Strong contract admin and design/spec writing skills Someone who wants to grow with the businessBackground in education healthcare or residential would be ideal Strong communication skills Proactive Excellent time management, punctuality and commitment to getting the job done.
