With a close-knit, values-driven team and a flat management structure, the firm combines the quality of a top 200 practice with the flexibility and culture of a modern boutique.Role Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Corporate Solicitor to join the team and support the next phase of growth. You will manage a varied caseload across corporate transactions while also playing a pivotal role in building client relationships and contributing to the development of the corporate department.Key Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of corporate transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, ensuring high-quality service for clients • Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, partnership and LLP agreements, and commercial contracts, contributing directly to client success • Support clients in bank funding arrangements, providing clear and practical advice • Actively develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and colleagues, enhancing both client experience and departmental growth • Operate autonomously within a supportive team, helping shape the firm’s future directionRequirements: • Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate law (minimum 2 years PQE) • Confident managing a varied caseload across all aspects of corporate law • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver straightforward, client-focused advice • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to contribute to departmental growth • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining a collaborative team approachIf this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team — we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.Related Job Titles: Corporate Lawyer, Corporate Associate, Corporate Legal Counsel, M&A Solicitor, Commercial Solicitor
