This is an exciting moment to join our team: we are looking for a Senior Immigration Consultant specialized in U.S. visas to strengthen our international practice.At CVS, you will work in direct collaboration with a U.S.-licensed attorney, delivering top-tier immigration advice to multinational companies and their employees. We value professionals with strong experience handling Green Cards and visas such as L, B, O, and E-2, who are eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment. Role DescriptionAs a Senior Immigration Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and supervising complex U.S. immigration cases. You will guide clients through every step of the process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic solutions in global mobility.You will work closely with clients, legal teams, and our international network, providing client-focused, high-quality, and strategic immigration consulting. ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end U.S. immigration processes, from temporary visas to permanent residency (Green Card).Draft, review, and prepare complex petitions (L-1, B-1/B-2, O-1, E-2, H-1B, EB-2/EB-3, etc.), including supporting documentation and legal cover letters.Advise corporate clients and individuals throughout the immigration journey, anticipating risks and offering strategic solutions.Represent clients before U.S. immigration authorities in coordination with our U.S. attorney.Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing expertise and best practices.Stay up to date with U.S. immigration regulations and industry trends to ensure best-in-class service. QualificationsLaw degree (other degrees will be considered if combined with strong immigration experience).2-3+ years of proven experience in U.S. immigration (employment-based visas and/or Green Card processing).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client service orientation.Fluency in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish.Previous experience in immigration consulting, law firms, or corporate mobility departments will be highly valued.
