Job Description I am currently working with a well-regarded New Homes Developer who is looking to bring in a New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team across developments in Worcestershire. Due to continued growth within the region, they are expanding their sales team and looking for someone who is passionate about property and delivering an excellent customer experience.Salary & Package37,500 basic salaryOTE 60,000Excellent commission rates on extrasMileage allowance1 in 4 weekends offThe RoleAs a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. You will represent the development, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure sales targets are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting development and show home viewings with prospective buyersManaging enquiries and converting leads into reservationsBuilding strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors and mortgage brokersMaintaining accurate records and updating the CRM systemWorking towards and exceeding sales targetsUpselling specification upgrades and optional extrasEnsuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented to the highest standardProviding regular updates and sales reports to the Sales ManagerWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in New Homes Sales or property salesStrong communication and customer service skillsTarget-driven with a proven ability to close dealsHighly organised with strong attention to detailAbility to build rapport quickly with buyersFull UK driving licence
