The Role As a Paralegal in the Real Estate Finance team, youll support solicitors on a diverse range of secured lending and finance transactions, acting for major lenders, banks, and borrowers on property-backed finance matters. With the right experience, youll be encouraged to take ownership of parts of transactions, liaise directly with clients, and manage your own workload under supervision. For ambitious candidates, there is potential for future training contract opportunities, though the firm equally welcomes those looking to build a long-term paralegal career within real estate finance. Key Responsibilities Supporting solicitors with real estate finance transactions, including secured lending, refinancing, and development finance Drafting and reviewing finance and security documents Conducting property due diligence, including title reviews and searches Managing conditions precedent checklists and completion processes Liaising with lenders, borrowers, and other professional advisers Providing legal research and administrative support Contributing to team and business development initiatives About You At least 6 months experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant (ideally within Real Estate Finance, Banking, or Real Estate) Candidates with strong property administration or conveyancing support experience who are looking to progress into a legal or finance-focused paralegal role are also encouraged to apply Solid understanding of property transactions and/or finance documentation Excellent communication and client care skills Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational ability Professional, motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems A law degree or equivalent is desirable; prior real estate or finance experience is highly advantageous Apply Now For more information, contact Rachel Phillips at TSR Legal in confidence: 02920 388100 TPBN1_UKTJ
