We will place the best accountancy talent, into the best companies, where success follows as a result of quality service and clients are made to feel special.Main DutiesThis role would suit someone seeking a career that blends customer service, sales, and marketing. The role will progress from early administration and customer service, to equip you with the knowledge you need to move into a long term exciting recruitment role.Your main focus is the consultants and candidates, you will help generate new candidates, to help our talent partners fill more roles. You help consultants keep processes moving and help consultants fill roles. In addition, you the heartbeat of our candidate liaison. You need to be happy talking to people on the phone!The role itself is fast paced, very varied and mixes elements of customer service, inbound sales, administration and marketing. You will spend plenty of time talking to people! The role itself is a targeted and KPI driven role, but you will be given all the support you need to succeed and there is no cold calling. You are key to helping us keep our clients happy, managing our talent pipeline.Main duties include:Candidate engagementManagement of the relations for a range of candidates of all levelsBe involved with the front end of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates and process management, screening and selectionReaching out on a regular basis, via phone and email to both current and prospective candidatesDrive our customer service, making sure it is always fantastic.Source new candidates through LinkedIn, advertising and a range of professional toolsBe a key part of keeping our current relationships strong and clients feeling valuedHelp our candidates through every step of the recruitment processSet up interviews and help candidates prepare for interviewsClient engagementContacting and engaging with senior staff from our customersSending CVs and other documentsAdministrationManagement of job applications through job portalsCreate and manage job advertisementsFormat CVs and Word documentsHelping create marketing campaigns across social media and traditional platformsHelp manage and run networking eventsProduce and run mailer campaignsDesired ExperienceThe candidate will be a down to earth individual with real drive and ambition to succeed. The key and most important skills you will need to succeed is, drive, a strong work ethic and compassion for others.Experience in a telephone based role previously is advantageous, as is any experience managing relationships of external customers or suppliers. However, any experience in hospitality, retail or office work is also welcomed.
