We are currently supporting their recruitment for a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Private Client Division, located at their Worcester office.This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday Friday, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available. The role offers a highly competitive basic salary up to 70,000 and excellent company benefits.We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Senior Associate who will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, supporting the growth of the Division, and contributing to the wider strategic aims of the firm. The successful candidate will handle a range of complex client matters, provide leadership and mentorship within the team, and actively engage in business development. Senior Associate Private Client main duties:Managing and resolving a range of complex client matters within agreed timeframes.Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring clear communication throughout their case.Handling client enquiries via telephone, email, letters, and online platforms promptly and professionally.Building and maintaining strong working relationships with external institutions and organisations.Ensuring compliance with Law Society and firm regulations, including client care, time recording, billing, confidentiality, and client/office accounts.Undertaking file reviews and providing constructive feedback as part of quality control.Ensuring confidentiality and data security in line with GDPR standards.Managing and mentoring junior colleagues, including supporting trainee/NQ development, appraisals, and professional growth.Assisting Divisional Heads with technical and professional updates, and contributing to the Divisions development.Proactively engaging in business development activities, including client networking and promoting the firms services.Supporting the financial success of the Division by meeting individual financial targets, promoting best practice in debt recovery, and contributing to divisional objectives.Collaborating effectively across Divisions to deliver integrated client solutions.Demonstrating commitment to the firms values, policies, and behaviours in all aspects of work. Senior Associate Private Client desired skills and experience:Strong technical and practical understanding of private client law.Minimum 5 years PQE with demonstrable experience handling complex client matters.Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service with professionalism and discretion.Experience of line management, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.Commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.Strong team player, aligned with the firms values and behaviours, and an ambassador for the brand.Proficient in the use of IT and case management systems.Highly motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a commitment to continuous professional development.Understanding of GDPR, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
