Job DescriptionHR Systems Manager (hybrid)Worcestershire38,000 - 46,000Were looking for an experienced and proactive HR Systems and Data Manager to take the lead in maintaining and enhancing HR systems that underpin operational delivery and data-driven decision-making.Youll be responsible for overseeing system updates, including scheduling, testing, and implementation in collaboration with system providers. Beyond maintenance, youll champion ongoing improvement identifying opportunities to enhance functionality and leading the rollout of approved changes.As a subject matter expert, youll provide technical and operational support to users, ensuring they get the most out of the system.
